In 1998, became Sales Manager for the Towers and Steel Structures division, and in 2004 Export Sales Manager for all product lines.In 2009, completed MBA in Finance and went on to successfully turn around Al Babtain Lighting Company increasing its profits from 4% to 22% in one year and sustained it. Returning to India in 2013 founded DeltaEta Cost Reduction Consultants Pvt. Ltd., to share the proven success strategy with companies. Today, a highly sought-after Consultant, Corporate trainer and Speaker in Cost reduction and Operational Excellence. Ninan is also a PhD scholar in Management Sciences.
